HR Manager (CIPD)
Salary - £25,000 - £35,000 + benefits
Reporting to the Site General Manager, the HR Manager will provide generalist HR services and support to the business function.
Our Client is part of a large Food Group, a leading fos processing company supplying quality beef products to major retail and wholesale groups in Ireland, the UK and throughout Europe.
The successful HR Manager will be able to demonstrate previous experience at HR Business Partner / HR Generalist / senior HR Advisor / Manager level. You will have a broad HR Generalist knowledge base including training and development, recruitment, talent management / retention, disciplinaries, grievances, compensation & benefits, UK employment legislation, employee relations – ER / IR etc. Computer literacy, strong communication skills ideally supported by a CIPD or relevant HR qualification and experience, will all help to support your application.
