Implementation of an analytic system for the detection of allergens
A Spanish company that belongs to the ground spices sector manufactures paprika, various spices and mixes for cold cuts. The sought technology is an analytical system for detecting several types of allergens in its products in a quick and accurate way. Nowadays they solve this problem sending samples to an external laboratory. This analytic system must detect the allergen families that affect typically the paprika and the ground spices (between 10 and 15 types).
