The Carbon Trust's Helpline provides free telephone advice on what your
organisation can do to save energy and money.
What kind of questions can the Helpline help with?
Any kind. The Helpline deals with all kinds of energy-saving topics and
all levels of experience. Enquiries range from straightforward requests for
information, right through to in-depth technical questions about particular
technologies.
How soon will I get the answers I'm looking for?
When you call the Helpline one of our advisers will:
- Answer your question straightaway or
- Arrange for a specialist to call you back or
- Send you relevant free publications on reducing your energy use - from
general 'getting started' guidance to detailed sector and technology
specific information
Calls to the Helpline are treated in confidence and are completely free.
What other services does the Helpline offer?
You can also call the Helpline to find out more about or apply for our
other services such as interest-free Energy Efficiency Loans from the Carbon
Trust.
In addition it may be possible to organise a survey
of energy use on your site - either by phone or site visit by a Carbon Trust
expert.
