New HR Director for M&S

Following the recent announcement of Keith Cameron’s retirement, Marks & Spencer has announced the appointment of Tanith Dodge as Director of HR. She will join the business on 25 March.

Tanith was most recently Group HR & Communications Director at WH Smith and, prior to that, Senior Vice President of HR and Communications at Six Continents Hotels. She has also fulfilled two HR Director roles for divisions of Diageo.

Tanith, who will be a member of the Executive Committee, will report to Ian Dyson.
