Anglia Business Solutions is awarded Microsoft Competency

Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Anglia Business Solutions, has announced that it has been awarded the Microsoft Competency for Mobility Solutions. Anglia is the first Microsoft Partner in the UK to meet the criteria for the new Competency, launched last week as part of Microsoft's re-vamped Partner Programme.

The Mobility Competency is designed for Partner organisations that provide solutions for customers who want to access information on the go. Mobile working increases a company's employee productivity and customer response rates while reducing business cycles and, ultimately, costs. Partners who attain the Mobility Solutions Competency have proven skills and expertise in developing and deploying Windows Mobile-based solutions and applications using Microsoft tools and software.

To achieve the Mobility Solutions Competency Anglia was required to have two Microsoft Certified Professionals with the appropriate examination passes for Microsoft products such as Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. Anglia was also required to demonstrate at least three live customer projects where Microsoft Windows Mobile-based solutions had been deployed.

Anglia now holds four Microsoft Competencies; Mobility Solutions, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker Solutions and Microsoft Business Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics-NAV.
